Synergy
Since the 2015-2016 schoolyear, the Director has been developing a program to give English sessions in nursery schools. Working alongside professionals in Infant Education has brought excellent results and meant that You First delivers English classes across the entire range of education.
Professional language assistants for plurilingual programmes. At the moment we are in Lestonnac and Discípulas. Those of us involved in this are native-speaking teachers with solid training and a good box of tools that we have developed in common.
You First offers English teaching and methodology or intensive weekend courses for teachers on plurilingual programmes. Weekend immersion courses can work, but only if they have texture and variety to maintain interest
Synergy is an overused term, but, here, it is a real concept. At the moment, this group includes You First in Ferrolterra, You Can (A Coruña), Gola The Toy Library (Teo), Archana Patel (freelance), A Academia do Inglés in Santiago and Englishvision(Tui) .
We are an independent body that collaborates with other entities like Macmillan Publishing, Oxford University Press, the Xunta de Galicia and FERE.
